Alerts and Hunter are month-to-month — cancel whenever you like from the Polar customer portal, no email-us-to-cancel dark pattern. You keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for, then billing just stops.
First 14 days
If something was broken, or you're just not happy with what you got, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it. No questions, no forms to fill out — we'd rather give the money back than argue about it.
